If you are a young person reading this, well done on getting to this page. It can be scary thinking that this information is for you because of the way someone we expected would love and care for us, is behaving.

Domestic abuse, relationship abuse, toxic controlling behaviour, can be experienced by anyone of any age and is more common than you think.
